Purpose
Responding directly to the S&OP Lead and indirectly to the Commercial Planning Manager, you will play a role of great importance in assisting the execution and achievement of the company's annual targets, closely supporting the commercial team to plan and execute consistent sales strategies, while liaising with key support areas to capture commercial opportunities and provide a good service level for BRF’s clients. You are a key point of contact for the internal stakeholders, sharing the conditions and expectations of the market to the company.
In addition, you help to ensure cycle execution, quota tracking, monitoring of availability and inventory of finished goods, supporting on new product development and running ad-hoc simulations to support commercial decisions.
Responsabilities
Collaborate Demand Plan and Sales Target for the Budget (Yearly) and for the Quarterly Planning Cycles
Help to ensure sales and shipment execution in accordance to the plan/quotas and take actions to mitigate deviations
Provide clarity of information to support the management of sales and shipment performance as well as ensure the alignment between stakeholders from commercial, operations and finance
Support the commercial team to solve the problems of unsold and critical stocks, and help to prevent stocks from become critical
From time-to-time, provide analytical reports and scenarios as requested by the S&OP Lead / Commercial Planning Manager / Regional Sales Manager and other functional departments
Provide support to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) team, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and accountability.
Graduation
Bachelor’s Degree from reputable tertiary institution completed in: Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, National trade
Specific Knowledge / Skills
High level of English language proficiency
Good computer skills – advanced Excel and PowerPoint essential
Effective organization skills and good attention to detail
Strong analytical competence with a keenness to develop problem-solving skills
Willing to travel domestically & globally
Ability to attend early morning meetings (7am – 1x weekly/when required)
Punctual in meeting deadlines
Team-player
