• Execute the maintenance routine of prompt service and, when scheduled, the Kanban tasks;
• Perform Kanban's planning:
• Perform the scheduled tasks;
• Reduce the number of equipment failures, providing an increase in MTBF ( mean time between failure );
• Contribute feedback to planning, optimizing scheduling, execution times and reducing backlog;
• Report to planner disagreements in technical equipment lists.
• Reduce Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) on the lines, through effective presence on the line;
• Carry out anomaly analysis (maintenance report
• Indicate non-conformities in equipment;
• Elaborate and modify scripts, looking for a better reliability and equipment life;
• Participate, when requested, in the fault analysis next to the area.

• Take part, when requested, in the standard Treatment of Faults together with the other Maintenance functions.
• Support operators in the execution of the operator checklist.
• Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems
• Report EHS hazards, incidents & issues.

• Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
• Assist in one or more processes.
• Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

Mechanical Technician or related areas

İstenen Gereksinimler

• Experience of Maintenance in Industry;
• Hands on experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Process and Equipment;
• Knowledge and practice in welding.
• Knowledge of SAP – PM module or Boys Web
• Knowledge on maintenance Mechanical;
• Knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic circuits
• Knowledge in maintenance of machine elements like bearings, fences, belts, transmissions, reducers and motors,

Deneyimler

• Minimum 1 years of experience with in Maintenance industry.
• Good communication skills;
• Person needs to be proactive, take initiative;
• Flexibility in working hours;
• Good organizational skills;
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
