Job Description

• Proactively liaise frequently with BRF Logistics following up on monthly shipments / volumes and BRF sales team and clients, providing daily information on orders and shipments status, ensuring the level of service to clients and pushing clients to send the documentation to release the orders to shipment, finding solutions to increase the numbers (from-to/anticipations/shortage replacement, etc…)
• Proactively connects frequently with commercial team to build the weekly sales plan, and ensures regular follow ups to make sure adherence to the sales plan
• Assessing and submitting client orders to Logistics in a format which can be easily inputted into SAP
• Exporting inventory availability report from SAP and formatting the report into a user friendly report which is used by the sales team
• Analyzing the inventory volumes on a daily basis taking into account the orders placed, pendency's, and volume shipped in order to streamline shipments
• Following up with the Logistics Performance guaranteeing high levels of customer service.
• Determining the best course of action to proactively resolve any issues which occur
• in the order placement process.
• Monitor the incoming orders, manage the unblocked orders and map the risks to
• reach the monthly shipment target.

Academic Background

• Matric completed
• Graduate degree or diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
