What kind of profile are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Agro Engineer, Veterinary Medicine, Business Admin, finance or any other related field.
• Basic level English.
• Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Living in Bandırma.
What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
• Recording field data of broiler houses into the system.
• Calculation of grower payments.
• Following up the processes of active flocks from chick entry to slaughter.
• Controlling the systematic movements of the field team.
• Chick placement planning and slaughter planning.
• Preparation of weekly-monthly presentations of broilers.
What competencies are key to this role?
•Knowledge of poultry production processes in Agro and/or Industry.
•Communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.
•The ability to work flexibly and make decisions quickly.
•Ability to interact with related areas, balancing the interests of each sector.
•Ability to Analyze and Solve Problems.
•Skills to drive vehicle on highways and country roads.
