Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and create new opportunities for innovation, improving processes in alignment with business strategies.
- Lead projects and provide necessary support throughout all implementation stages.
- Continuously adopt best practices internally and externally, collaborating with regions, suppliers, and partners.
- Standardize critical procedures to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with BRF specialists to share knowledge and increase synergy.
- Coordinate the CSR process, analyze current results, and develop tactical plans.
- Monitor performance using KPIs, propose corrective actions to meet targets.
- Develop operations teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Review and manage Capex plans, categorizing by group and timeframe (short, medium, long term).
