What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Coordinate creation, feeding, health management and vaccination activities, ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Keep open and transparent communication with growers, with clear information, listening concerns and suggestions. Provide technical guidance, helping them improve their production practices and maximize quality and efficiency, enabling a long-term partnership based on trust, respect and mutual benefits
• Implement and monitor biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of disease among birds, including access control, disinfection of facilities and equipment, and vector control
• Actively participate in the preparation of production plans (Egg production) ensuring compliance with the deadlines and targets agreed in the PO
• Coordinate field teams, including hiring, training and performance evaluation, ensuring that all team will be aligned with the position's objectives
• Keep records of all production-related activities, including vaccination or medication records, feed consumption, mortality and production information’s, in compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Manage the resources necessary for production, including facilities, equipment, inputs and labor, ensuring their availability and efficient use
• Ensure that quality and food safety standards are met at all stages of egg production
• Implement biosecurity and animal health measures to prevent diseases and ensure the animal welfare
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards, including appropriate waste treatment and minimization of the environmental impact of production
• Analyze production data, egg production, fertility, hatchability to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-based decisions
• Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improvements in operational efficiency
• Implement continuous improvement programs in production, always finding to increase the efficiency, quality and sustainability of operations

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• University degree in related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant area
• English proficiency 
• Interested in an international working culture
• Living in Bandırma
