Job Description
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Participate in decision-making for corrective and preventive actions in QA-related laboratories.
- Adhere to Halal food production standards.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements.
- Contact QA department and inform managers of food safety risks.
- Organize workflow in affiliated laboratories.
- Monitor and enhance team efficiency and performance.
- Facilitate communication between team and upper management.
- Implement health, safety, and regulatory guidelines in production.
- Execute tasks aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
- Manage processes, material flows, and maximize equipment utilization.
- Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and documents in laboratories.
Job Description
- Ensure training and documentation for location laboratory employees.
- Accompany audits and implement corrective actions.
- Act as Official Responsible Veterinary Surgeon for live production Medicine Warehouse.
- Utilize State Animal Information System (HBS) for vaccine and antibiotic supply.
- Verify analysis results from laboratories and inform relevant authorities.
- Execute laboratory-related projects and monitor Capex.
- Provide information to purchasing unit for procurement improvements.
- Assist in recruitment process for new employees.
- Stay updated through professional development and training.
- Monitor team's working hours and shifts.
- Report to respective manager on area of responsibility.
- Ensure disciplined and efficient work according to procedures and policies.
Desirable requirements
- Graduate in Veterinary Faculty graduated.
- Intermediate or upper-level English.
- Experience in poultry integrations and/or poultry diagnosis laboratory minimum of 2 years
- Excellent communication skills,
- Knowledge of legislation, certification standards and customer requirements.
- Knowledge of the production chain.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
- Open to improvement
- Eligible to travel
- Willing to Live in Bandirma.
