Job Description
- Actual reporting & analysis of production costs, explaining key deviations compared with monthly budget to influence decision making & to optimize production costs to ensure achievement of GCC factories operational KPIs
- Routine Cost planning activities & define cost allocation criteria for the GCC factories.
- Analyzing changes in the Recipes, Raw Material, Packaging Material and, production methods to determine cost impact.
- Cost Simulations of new SKUs and proposed production plans & determine costs of business activity.
- Monitor the profitability of the categories to ensure maximization of profits by highlighting risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain complex financial models to project future financial performance and evaluate new businesses and investment opportunities and ad-hoc scenario analysis
- Ensure compliance with relevant financials regulations and reporting requirement.
- Statutory and managerial financials projections, definition and analysis of transfer prices and, supporting government initiatives.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure delivery of financial analysis and recommendations with active business partnering.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s degree in General Business Management or any related fields
- Qualification in Cost Accounting (CMA / CIMA)
Desirable requirements
- Budget and Costing Evaluation
- Basic knowledge in IFRS – International Financial Reporting Standards and Financial Consolidation
- SAP – ERP module
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, Power BI
- Adaptability, commitment and communication
- Planning and organization
- Good interpersonal relationships
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in industrial plant, production data entry, inventories
- Cost Accounting & Analysis
