Job Description
- Implement budget control and standardization of the budget control, involving development of trainings, templates and meetings coordination, ensuring accurate control of the budget.
- Implement the KPI’s and inventory control, ensuring their targets are achieved, involving creation of templates, standardization and follow-up meetings
- Coordinate the process of Purchases Requisition and Purchases Orders aligning with key users.
- Control the Investment order, to ensure that it will be used as per our budget and check all postings every week, including evaluation of the PO’s and invoices before posting.
- Assist in developing all the process flows along with the departments, make sure that all the process are running as per the flows created and coordinating meetings for compliance.
- Implements Continuous Improvement methodology in the Management System of the factory and continually enhances the system and its tools.
- Organizes and provides support in conducting the internal audit of the unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Performs gap analysis of customers', international standards, and legal requirements within the Management System and integrates them through existing procedures.
- Supports the implementation of BRF's Corporate Norms across Departments.
- Supports the maintenance of Integrated Management Systems, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001:2018, FSSC ISO 22000:2018, or other international standards, in alignment with the company's business strategy and certification requirements.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Academic Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or any related fields
