Job Description

1.Achieve the volume, value, Market share, and distribution targets.
2.Build and manage strong CRM customer relationship based on a goodwill with the costumers and their key stakeholders.
3.Ensure business fundamentals in every store visit by the ongoing deployment of perfect store elements.
4.Execute the commercial and trade marketing objectives in his responsible area.
5.Ensure BDA’s elements are all reflected in store.
6.Review the pending collections and follow up with customers to achieve collection target.
7.Efficient implementation of RTM (route to market).
8.Managing stock level by customer by Family and act accordingly.
9.Obtain growth opportunities within the assigned area/outlets.
10.Utilize business intelligence tools for achieving efficiency targets.

Academic Background

University degree in Business or related field.

Required Competencies

  • Communication : Adapts communication style and initiates interactions.

Influences under pressure and summarizes for clarity.

  • Negotiation: Prepares effectively by understanding both parties' needs.

Negotiates confidently to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Maintains professionalism under pressure to achieve fair outcomes.

  • Business Analysis: Leads interventions and develops systems for self and team.

Identifies opportunities to improve performance and takes initiative.

Plans and acts independently to enhance outcomes.

Experience

A 3 years of experience in sales in FMCG industry.
