Job Description
- Leading Chick production for Agro Operations in Pamukçu Hatchery
- Responsible for chick quality and safety in Pamukçu Hatchery
- Plan and control the entire chick production process, manage the main KPIs, providing a global and detailed view of the results, with in-depth analysis of deviations and consistent actions.
- Actively participate in budgeting, keep track of expenses, act on deviations and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Promote interdependence with planned actions with the objective of promoting a balanced work environment and a highly productive organizational culture with the objective of increasing engagement and achieving better results and ensuring the sustainability of the Agro production chain.
Requirements
- Graduated in Administration, Veterinary or Production Engineering or related areas.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in Agro
- Experience in Agro Poultry/Food sector a plus
- Turkish : Native language
- English : Advanced Level
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word);
