Main Activities
- Support production KPI management.
- Identify and apply improvement opportunities.
- Seek innovations and process improvements.
- Implement and promote BRF Management System.
- Train and develop production teams.
- Drive innovation and process efficiency.
- Ensure effective use of BRF Management System.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineers, Veterinarian or related areas.
- Full professional English proficiency.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong work ethic, team player, and problem solver.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, SDCA, PDCA, Six Sigma, and Lean.
- Living in Bandırma.
Knowledges and Skills
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Expertise in technical metrics, Six Sigma, and Lean.
- Understanding of production processes and cost optimization.
