Job Description
- Process study and lay-out development,
- Equipment Specification,
- Development of technical descriptions,
- Get offer,
- Third-party management,
- Contract management,
- Monitor and follow the execution of works / projects in the field,
- Project budget control,
- Studying the scope and propose improvements,
- Schedule of activities control,
- Meetings with customers and suppliers,
Job Description
- Prepare the projects documentations such as PDCA, VDC, …
- Support technically the application of integrated practices concerning Yield, Quality, Productivity and HSE (Health Safety Environment),
- Recommend, where appropriate, the frequency adjustment / modification of standards,
- Assist in the preparation and to apply of technical training,
- For new equipment establish technical parameters for the preparation of maintenance plans,
- Comply with HSE norms, instructions and safe working procedures,
Job Description
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems,
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures,
- Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety,
- Assist with the preparation of risk assessments,
- Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues.
Desirable requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
- Fluent English (written and verbal),
- Minimum 3 years of experience as engineer,
- Mechanical technical knowledge,
- Knowledge of processes and equipment specification,
- Knowledge in project execution and planning,
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Solidworks etc.,
- Ability to read and interpret in high-level manner for technical drawings, specs.
- Preferable knowledge in MS Project and MS Office,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word),

- Good understanding & application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
- Process layout, analysis skills, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence,
- Person needs to be proactive, take initiative (proactive),
- Flexibility in working hours and different shifts,
- Good organizational and communication skills,
- Good ability to work under pressure,
- Planning & coordination with multicultural environment,
- Living in Bandırma or willing to live in Bandırma.
