What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Ensure all cleaning activities within the Further Processing Plant are carried out effectively, keeping production areas free from physical, chemical, and microbiological contamination
• Lead and manage the cleaning team, including oversight of team budget and resource planning
• Handle all leave management and disciplinary processes for team members reporting to this role
• Monitor material and water usage by performing regular checks and inspections throughout the cleaning process
• Identify process or infrastructure-related issues, report them to the relevant departments, and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to discussions on overall progress, and communicate any observed nonconformities to Quality and Production teams
• Stay informed on new cleaning procedures and chemicals by conducting literature reviews, meeting with suppliers, performing trials, and sharing outcomes with stakeholders
• Take necessary actions based on microbiological analysis results following cleaning activities

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the food industry
• Intermediate English proficiency
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to work in shifts and alternative production hours
• Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate
