What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?
- Monitor telematics data, including route compliance, cost efficiency, and service quality
- Track and report proof of delivery (POD) transactions and resolve identified issues
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, customer warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Monitor logistics KPIs, including truck occupancy, route adherence, vehicle utilization, spot trips, and on-time delivery
- Follow up on system issues with IT and support testing and resolution activities
- Coach drivers and logistics providers to improve operational performance and compliance
- Maintain logistics master data and support planning activities
- Assign refrigerated trucks to the system according to shipping plans and utilization targets
- Monitor route changes and ensure accurate routing and distance data across logistics operations
- Evaluate refrigerated transportation suppliers and support continuous performance improvement initiatives
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or distribution operations
- Experience with telematics and transportation monitoring systems such as Infomobil, Arvento, or Loconav preferred
- Familiarity with fleet management and supplier management practices
- Knowledge of SAP SD module preferred
