What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Monitor telematics data, including route compliance, cost efficiency, and service quality
• Track and report proof of delivery (POD) transactions and resolve identified issues
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, customer warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Monitor logistics KPIs, including truck occupancy, route adherence, vehicle utilization, spot trips, and on-time delivery
• Follow up on system issues with IT and support testing and resolution activities
• Coach drivers and logistics providers to improve operational performance and compliance
• Maintain logistics master data and support planning activities
• Assign refrigerated trucks to the system according to shipping plans and utilization targets
• Monitor route changes and ensure accurate routing and distance data across logistics operations
• Evaluate refrigerated transportation suppliers and support continuous performance improvement initiatives

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or distribution operations
• Experience with telematics and transportation monitoring systems such as Infomobil, Arvento, or Loconav preferred
• Familiarity with fleet management and supplier management practices
• Knowledge of SAP SD module preferred
