Job Description
Main Activities
- Manage complaints from customers, consumers, special customers, distributors, and branches.
- Oversee Salesforce data management, ensuring compliance with BRF guidelines.
- Provide complaints reports to units, sharing necessary information with the team.
- Ensure compliance with BRF commitments and corporate norms.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.
- Standardize complaints processes (workflows, documentation).
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of quality systems, customer standards, and internal procedures.
- Understanding of applicable legislation, certification standards, and customer requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of BRF/Banvit systems and company structure.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good understanding and application of problem-solving tools.
