Job Description
Main Activities
- Support technical standards and check routines.
- Oversee pressure vessels and conduct analyses (MTTR, MTBF).
- Optimize and nationalize spare parts management.
- Establish and update maintenance plans for reliability.
- Set, monitor, and manage KPIs and maintenance budgets.
- Assist during planned stoppages and ensure HSE compliance.
- Train staff on maintenance practices and the BRF Guide.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Native Turkish; fluent in English (high level); Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
- Living in Bandirma.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong industrial equipment maintenance knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiar with problem-solving tools.
- PLC & HMI programming skills (Mitsubishi, Siemens).
- Proactive with strong organizational and communication abilities.
