What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Lead production processes of the Chicken Slaughterhouse, managing production supervisors
• Monitor raw material and finished product quality
• Conduct studies to improve speed, quality, efficiency, cost, and team dynamics
• Support decision-making for corrective and preventive actions, and guide non-conformity reporting
• Participate in Process Productivity Meetings, analyze underperforming indicators, and define action plans
• Track performance reports to identify and sustain positive trends, resolve deviations, prepare and follow up on action plans
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures, report any food safety issues
• Manage material flows and equipment utilization, and monitor material orders
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Halal, Legal, and Customer requirements

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Min. 5 years of experience in the food industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Veterinary Science, Production Engineering or a related area
• Prior experience in a further processing plant or a slaughterhouse (highly desirable)
• Expertise in food safety, food technology, ISO HACCP and HSE standards
• Prior experience in production planning and forecasting
• Familiarity with technical metrics such as yield, productivity, and efficiency
• Understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
• English proficiency
• Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate
• Flexibility to work alternative production hours (if needed)
