What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

•Ensure food safety and product quality through necessary controls and inspections.

•Conduct sensory analysis and calibration checks.

•Inspect incoming raw materials and report non-conformities.

•Conduct internal and external audits.

•Identify and implement preventive and corrective actions in production.

•Make decisions on product use or release in case of deviations.

•Conduct process-related trial studies.

•Maintain HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 practices.

•Initiate and document corrective actions for HACCP non-conformities.

•Report food safety issues to Quality Assurance.

•Comply with FSSC 22000-HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 requirements.

•Participate in the HACCP team and conduct traceability drills.

•Monitor cleaning activities.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in, Food Engineering
Basic level English.
Good command of MS Office (Word/Excel).
Living in Bandırma.

•Comply with legal and customer requirements in the field and department.
