Main Activities

• Prepare Global Accounts Reports and KPIs.
• Support quality projects (e.g., SEO, TDT, International Integration).
• Implement BRF integration and standardization.
• Conduct sensory analysis.
• Ensure compliance with BRF commitments.
• Provide data to customer portals (e.g., McDonald's, KFC).
• Follow action plans and manage global accounts complaints.
• Support internal and external audits (tracking, reports, follow-up).

Knowledge and Skills

• Proficiency in quality systems and applicable legislation.
• Understanding of certification standards and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of corporate structure, goals, and indicators.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Team player with critical analytical skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Understanding and application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).
  Requirements
• Proficiency in Turkish and English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Production Engineering or related areas
• Experience in quality management and customer service.
• Innovation, customer focus, and teamwork.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Strategic vision and relationship management skills.
• Living in Bandırma.
