Job Description

Main Activities:
- Upload Yield and Efficiency data; identify deviations.
- Report and assist in treating non-conformities.
- Monitor KPIs and manage action plans.
- Analyze productivity and composition indicators.
- Assist with quality control of raw materials and products.
- Update process indicators and action plans.
- Comply with Quality and HSE standards.
- Support audits and risk assessments.
- Promote and participate in HSE activities and training.
Job Description
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Food Engineering.
- Fluent English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry.
- Team player and problem solver.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and technology standards.
- Proficiency in Efficiency, Yield, and Productivity concepts.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Power BI.
- Understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).
Requirements:
- Availability for shifts and flexible hours.
- Good planning and coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of professional integrity.
- Interested in working in production.
- Living in Bandirma.
