What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Support factories in managing production KPIs, addressing gaps in cost, productivity, efficiency, and yield (general and index)
- Identify opportunities to enhance technical indicators by applying internal and external benchmarks and sharing best practices
- Provide technical training to production teams, fostering knowledge transfer across the company
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement market-available or new innovative solutions
- Propose process improvements or CAPEX projects that boost profitability while ensuring safety, quality, and cost alignment
- Promote the BRF Management System in production areas by standardizing procedures and tools
- Lead target-setting (e.g., CSR, Tactical Plans, PDCA, 3G reports) and monitor project execution using appropriate methodologies
- Share best practices across all units to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related areas
- 1 year of work experience in industrial processes
- Understanding of routine management tools (SDCA) and improvement projects (PDCA), Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
- Familiarity with technical metrics (yield, productivity, efficiency)
- Knowledge of SAP software and Microsoft Office tools
- Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate
- Available for domestic travel
