What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Manage the New and Existing Product Development (NPD) processes for In Natura, Shawarma, and Meat Powder products, in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Export, Production, and Quality teams
- Develop product recipes and procedures, create product labels, determine shelf life, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide accurate final product cost data
- Coordinate innovation-driven projects aimed at improving or adapting new and existing products for production
- Support Quality and Production teams in handling customer complaints
- Conduct research and development on products, materials, and raw materials, including improvement initiatives and alternative sourcing, aligned with market competition, consumer expectations, and emerging technologies
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety and Quality Management Systems at BRF & Banvit A.Ş
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or a related area
- Min. 3 years of work experience in R&D or production within the food industry
- Advanced English proficiency
- Solid MS Office knowledge (especially Excel), SAP knowledge is a plus
- High food sensory ability (no food allergies, non-vegetarian)
- Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate
