Main Activities
- To develop new product or product revision demands
- Building product recipe and procedures on new product and product revisions, creation of label information, product analysis and ensuring the control of legal compliance
- Ensuring the creation of final product costs
- Organizing relevant units in production trials in new product and product revisions, ensuring the adequacy control of the inputs in the trials and ensuring the entry of the input order if necessary and following up
- Planning of R&D studies and trials, ensuring and coordinating the trials with production
- Provide and organize sample requests from the suppliers
- Supporting Quality and Production units in consumer product complaint
- To develop new products for McDonald's and implement the current products are revised and improved according to demands
- To find alternative ingredients by working in coordination with the Procurement Department
- Follow the legal changes and making revisions where necessary
Requirements
- University Degree in Food Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Min. 2 years experience
- Preferably worked in production, quality or R&D departments
