Job Description

 

Main Activities

  • Analyze KPIs and propose measures for improvements.
  • Develop an automatically updated Management KPIs Panel.
  • Support the technical team with corporate standards and data analysis.
  • Manage data provision for CIEX activities and update global portals.
  • Audit data and system usage according to SEO standards.
  • Act as the focal point for digital initiatives to enhance data quality and productivity.
  • Provide support to Information Technicians across all regions.
  • Implement maintenance routines per corporate standards.
  • Create technical reports comparing data from all BRF regions.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE instructions and safe working procedures.   

 Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Native Turkish; advanced English; advanced Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial process KPIs, maintenance process KPIs, and maintenance planning.
  • Willing to live in Bandirma. 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of maintenance and utilities KPIs.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with SAP-PM (other modules are a plus).
  • Experience with database creation and management.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Visual Basic Programming.
  • Ability to lead meetings and training related to technical data analysis and systems
