Main Activities
Manage the field utilities team with the follow responsibilities,
- Guarantee cold, water, energy, and steam supply
- Guarantee the integrity of the assets preserving their original performance, quality, and safety conditions
- Manage the utilities and maintenance cost of the area
- Responsible for the utility’s availability of the area
- Training all the team about the standards utilities and maintenance procedures
- Attracting, developing, and retaining talents in the areas of Maintenance
- Guarantee the compliance with the safety and environment standards
Main Activities
- Manage utilities and maintenance performance indicators
- Control the tools, equipment, instruments, and devices for Maintenance and comply with corporate maintenance guidelines
- Guarantee in the unit the implementation and adhesion to the maintenance standards
- Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedure
- Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone’s health and safety
- Assist with the preparation of risk assessments and report HSE hazards, incidents, and issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the field Utilities
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related areas
- Living in Bandırma
Knowledge and Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Good understanding & application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
- Team player, problem solver, strong analytical skills
- Strong knowledge on maintenance of industrial equipments
- Flexibility in working hours and different shifts
- Good organizational and communication skills
