Job Description
Main Activities:
- Manage the field utilities team and ensure the supply of cold water, energy, and steam.
- Maintain asset integrity to preserve performance, quality, and safety.
- Oversee utilities and maintenance costs; ensure availability in the area.
- Train the team on standard procedures for utilities and maintenance.
- Attract, develop, and retain maintenance talent.
- Implement maintenance routines and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Manage performance indicators (KPIs) related to utilities and maintenance.
- Control tools and equipment for maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with boilers, ammonia systems, compressors, condensers, pumps, valves, and pressure vessels.
