What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Lead and manage the field utilities team to ensure reliable, uninterrupted utility supply (water, electricity, steam, compressed air)
• Maintain the optimal performance, safety, and integrity of utilities assets and facilities
• Monitor and manage utilities and maintenance performance through KPIs
• Ensure effective availability and reliability of maintenance tools, equipment, instruments, and devices
• Develop organizational capability by training the team on maintenance operations and standards, and by developing and retaining talent within area of responsibility
• Own utilities and maintenance cost management while complying with corporate maintenance standards
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards by enforcing safe working practices, risk assessments, and timely reporting of incidents

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related area
• Minimum 3 years of utilities experience in an industrial plant, covering high and low voltage electrical systems, generators, steam boilers, air compressors, pumps, valves, and pressure vessels
• Proven experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
• Understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
• Flexibility to work alternate hours and shifts (required)
• Living in Bandırma or willing to relocate
