What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Monitor daily execution of scheduled activities resulting from maintenance plans
- Manage maintenance activities through the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module, including breakdown notifications, work orders, planned maintenance, material requests, and reporting
- Monitor maintenance performance indicators such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) for critical equipment, identify recurring failures, and implement preventive and corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and support overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) ,as well as manage overall maintenance performance indicators (KPIs)
- Guarantee the integrity of assets (equipment and facilities), preserving performance, quality, and safety conditions
- Promote a culture of proactive maintenance to increase equipment reliability
- Manage people in the functions of the area, ensuring performance evaluation and day-to-day leadership
- Train the team on maintenance standards and implement maintenance routines
- Manage the maintenance cost and ensure availability of the area
- Control tools, equipment, instruments, and devices for maintenance
- Comply with corporate maintenance guidelines and audit standards, support risk assessments, and report HSE hazards, incidents, and issues
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Experience with utilities systems such as steam boilers, transformers, natural gas systems, and HVAC equipment
- Hands-on experience with PLC/HMI systems and industrial equipment troubleshooting
- Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and budgets
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and maintenance KPIs
- Experienced with maintenance management systems, preferably with SAP PM
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Based in Bandirma or willing to relocate
What competencies are key to this role?
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of PLC & HMI programming, including upload/download backup (Mitsubishi and Siemens)
- Understanding and application of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Excellent command of efficiency and maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Flexibility in working hours and shifts
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and trustworthy attitude with a high level of responsibility
