Main Activities
- Ensure the execution of the long-term plan across all levels of the business, including data inputs, incorporation of business intelligence, and new/discontinued products. Accountable for Business Planning activities in the Optimization process (OTIMIX) and improvement.
- Track daily demands and ensure an optimal plan that considers best profitability along with optimum production, storage, and distribution capabilities.
- Provide daily direction for orders while ensuring efficient time management.
- Monitor all processes and risks from Agro & Production Planning to sales to coordinate daily inputs and share outputs such as production orders and distribution plans.
- Understand Long-Term Cycle results and strive to achieve them by optimizing daily orders in alignment with the Sales team.
- Collaborate with Production, Agro, Logistics, Sales, and MRP teams to provide specific insights for Planning.
- Share daily operational dashboards (such as Stock Dashboard, Order Dashboard), analyze results, and prepare meeting materials related to them.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Exact Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced level of English (preferably).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field (Experience in Planning Area desired).
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
