What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Lead the budgeting process by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data from departments, and recommending strategic plans
- Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of divisional performance against budget, forecast, and strategic targets to support decision-making
- Prepare monthly expense analyses and explain variances from the budget
- Monitor actual vs. budgeted results at each reporting period and highlight significant deviations
- Review departmental forecast submissions for accuracy and alignment with targets; consolidate and submit to Regional Office (RO)
- Regularly assess financial plans and budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities (YTG Forecast)
- Ensure adherence to the monthly closing calendar across all departments
- Review and validate local provision requests and purchase requisitions (PRs) prior to managerial approval
- Collaborate closely with internal accounting, package owners (stakeholders), and the RO team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support the regional finance team and business partners by reporting business performance and identifying improvement opportunities through analysis
- Conduct Channel/Category Profitability analysis to understand key drivers and provide insights that influence managerial decisions
- Develop customer profitability P&L statements and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with local and international FP&A teams to ensure timely delivery of financial forecasts and variance analyses
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- University degree in Finance, Economics or an MBA (preferred)
- 4-5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in a manufacturing plant
- Strong background in management reporting and accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Living in Bandırma or İzmir (or willing to relocate)
