What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?
- Manage and process IT-related invoices, agreements, budget tracking, CAPEX follow-ups, and reconciliation activities in line with departmental targets
- Maintain and monitor IT assets, including lifecycle tracking, refresh plans, mobile devices, and SIM card allocation/deactivation processes
- Supervise IT support ticket activities and follow up on escalations to ensure timely resolution and service continuity
- Prepare and coordinate monthly IT target reports including KPIs, project updates, variances, action plans, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Analyze KPI trends, monitor departmental performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives by defining and implementing new processes and controls
- Support supplier coordination, procurement-related activities, and follow-up of ongoing IT projects and operational requests
- Organize, document, and improve IT procedures, operational standards, and reporting routines
- Participate in HSE and FSQ programs, trainings, audits, and compliance activities while following company policies, food safety standards, and transparency guidelines
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT analysis, IT governance, business operations, or technology management
- Good understanding of IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT; ServiceNow or other ITSM tool experience is a plus
- Experience in IT asset management, procurement processes, budgeting, cost tracking, and operational reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Able to live in Bandırma or relocate to Bandırma
