Job Description
What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Coordinate and manage import and export activities, shipment tracking, custom clearance
- Manage and coordinate documentation relevant import and export activities
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, custom brokers for import export process
- Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, delays, demurrages
- Analyze import export process and trends
- Communicate all relevant stakeholders such as Export Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Agro and Production, Regulatory Affairs, Tax and Finance
- Manage SAP activities related to import export process
- Ensure to manage all process compliance with regulations, tariff and custom requirement
What kind of profile are we looking for? - Proficiency in customs legislation.
- Understanding of payment terms and delivery terms.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Office and ERP systems.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
