Main Activities
- Supporting the organization to perceive and act on insights with practical and tactical solutions
- Establishing communication strategies and channels with blue-collar employees and ensuring flawless communication
- Working closely with other HR teams (HRBPs, Administrative and Employee Services), department leaders
- Supporting the disciplinary process for blue collar employees and Banvit / BRF employee relations practices (e.g. Emergency Aid Advance Process, Suggestion Box system)
- Evaluating and following up with employee requests in line with HR policies and procedures, sharing with manager to take actions
- Tracking absenteeism and turnover rate
- Working closely with the HR team to improve our processes
- Monitoring, reporting and suggesting creating the actions required to improve the KPI according to the targets defined in the area of responsibility
- Managing the CLA process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Economics, Business Administration, Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
- Advanced level of English
- Living in Bandırma or willing to move
Knowledge and Skills
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Preferably SAP knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, ability to adapt to the environment, ethical and cultural awareness
- Knowledgeable about labor law and union procedures processes
- Good command of disciplinary processes
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented and time management skills
