What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Act as a central coordination point across Commercial, Operations, and Support functions, ensuring alignment on performance tracking and reporting
• Manage end-to-end KPI processes, including definition, tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to enable clear, real-time visibility of business metrics
• Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
• Plan, structure, and coordinate the full meeting governance (weekly, monthly, and executive-level reviews)
• Respond to ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from senior management
• Consolidate outputs from cross-functional meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action plans
• Support the implementation of the Operational Excellence System (SEO) pillars
• Ensure KPIs, dashboards, and related documentation are aligned with global corporate standards and commitments
• Track and follow up on targets and actions across various departments (Operations, Agro, Commercial, Quality, Finance, Logistics)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvement projects aligned with overall business strategy
• Demonstrate strong storytelling ability and presentation skills, effectively translating complex insights into clear and impactful messages

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or a related analytical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance and budget management
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
• Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
• Familiarity with goal deployment and project management practices
• Based in Bandırma or willing to relocate
