What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?
- Support end-to-end procurement operations across MENA and Türkiye
- Process and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules via SAP/Ariba
- Ensure accuracy of vendor master data and source lists
- Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with Finance and suppliers
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain up-to-date supplier records
- Assist in contract lifecycle processes (creation, review, archiving)
- Act as the main contact point for internal users on procurement processes, tools, and policies
- Provide guidance and basic training to internal stakeholders when needed
- Collaborate with Procurement teams and all relevant departments across MENA and Türkiye
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and risk guidelines
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain
- Advanced English proficiency
- Basic knowledge of procurement tools (SAP is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especiallsy Excel)
