Job Description

  • Responsible for product portfolio performance in related category,
  • Support new product development process from the idea to the launch by coordinating all departments,
  • Analyse the market with Nielsen, Ipsos Household Panel and other research studies.Monitor market performance of Banvit & competitors in order to track performance & provide base for the business opportunities,
  • Carry out studies for continuous improvement by checking Nielsen and Ipsos databases. Provide information flow with research companies,
  • Preparing ad-hoc presentations by using internal data sources and market researchs and lead new innovation ideas by understanding and analysing market and trends,
  • Work together with the R&D, Sales, Planning and Production departments for product based projects,
  • Coordinate BTL (below the line) works for new product projects and artwork revamps with agencies,
  • Lead packaging printing process with suppliers by coordinating internal approval process as well,
  • Observe the trends of the market, the demands of customers and consumers by making regular visits to branches, distributors and market and reporting the observations.

Desirable requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering,
  • Minimum 4 year experience in marketing roles in Turkey,
  • English (Business proficiency),
  • Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary project groups (R&D, trade, finance, supply),
  • Advanced user of MS Office-Excel & Powerpoint,
  • Living in Bandırma/İstanbul

Knowledge and Skills

  • Good knowledge of Nielsen Market Track and Ipsos Household Panel reports,
  • Strong analytical skills and result oriented,
  • Great influencing skills,
  • Strong leadership skills,
  • Proven ability to multi task and drive key projects with strong team spirit,
  • Strong analytical result-oriented,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
