What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?
- Responsible for executing the long-term plan across all business levels, including data inputs, business intelligence, and new/discontinued products. Manages Business Planning activities and improvement using the OTIMIX optimization tool
- Tracks daily demand and ensures optimal planning considering profitability, production, storage, and distribution capabilities
- Collects orders from the system, analyzes stock levels, and optimizes the daily production plan.
- Executes daily order direction with effective time management
- Monitors all processes and risks from Agro & Production Planning to Sales and shares outputs such as production orders and distribution plans
- Understands long-term cycle results and works to achieve them by optimizing daily orders in alignment with the Sales team
- Collaborates with Production, Agro, Logistics, Sales, and MRP teams to provide insights for effective planning
- Shares and analyzes daily operational dashboards (e.g., Stock Dashboard, Order Dashboard), and prepares relevant meeting materials
- Ensures capacity and efficiency data are updated and aligned with Agro and Production departments
- Checks daily production orders against actual production for plan adherence
- Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly demand and performs historical data comparisons
- Performs other duties as required and/or requested by the S&OP leaders from time to time
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Admin or equivalent
- Min. 1 year’s experience
- English is desireble
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
