What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?
- Own and develop assigned discounter accounts to deliver sales, profit, and market share targets
- Lead commercial negotiations and develop customer‑specific initiatives and SKU strategies
- Plan and manage sales activities in line with company commercial strategy
- Build strong, long-term partnerships by providing market insights, analysis, guidance, and value‑adding solutions
- Track and manage key KPIs including volume, revenue, margin, trade spend, and cash conversion
- Prepare and manage pricing in line with cost development and profitability targets
- Optimize promotion and activity investments, ensuring effective budget use with no overspend
- Collaborate with internal partners (Sales Operations, Logistics, Business Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Marketing, Finance, and Legal) to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure timely payment collection, manage commercial risk, and support cash‑flow improvement
- Negotiate and manage trade terms; closely monitor sales budgets and contractual commitments
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related area
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in FMCG, ideally at a food manufacturer
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong business acumen
- Valid driver's license and active driving experience
