What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Lead and manage indirect material and service procurement processes for Corporate Services (Marketing, Administrative Services, IT etc.)  categories in close collaboration with stakeholders across Turkey
• Define and support short, mid and long-term procurement strategies for related categories and ensure alignment with business goals and budget targets
• Conduct supplier negotiations, e-auctions and sourcing activities to achieve the best cost, quality and service standards for all factories and business units
• Develop alternative suppliers, materials and sourcing methods to improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen contingency plans
• Manage procurement operations including RFQs, negotiations, contract management, PO creation, delivery follow-up and issue resolution in line with company policies
• Lead or actively participate in procurement improvement and digitalization projects related to systems, master data management and process standardization
• Monitor global and local market trends, economic developments and procurement drivers to support strategic decision-making
• Prepare procurement performance reports, presentations and analyses for management and related departments
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, food safety requirements, halal production standards and legal regulations

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within FMCG industries
• Experience in Corporate Services and indirect procurement categories
• Fluent in both Turkish and English
• Living in Istanbul or willing to relocate
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP MM or Oracle, contract management processes and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost management and financial analysis
• Familiarity with procurement concepts such as TCO, supplier development and market analysis
