What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

  • Analyze sales trends, market share, and customer buying patterns in modern trade channels
  • Monitor KPIs such as volume growth, revenue, profitability, and trade spending
  • Prepare and present sales reports, dashboards, and insights for management and sales teams
  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing studies, and promotional effectiveness reviews
  • Recommend strategies for assortment planning, pricing, and in-store execution
  • Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with key account managers to develop customer growth strategies
  • Collaborate with supply chain, demand planning, trade marketing and category management teams to align strategies
  • Assist in negotiations and execute joint business plans with retailers
  • Leverage historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related area
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or commercial experience at an FMCG company
  • English proficiency
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver's license and active driving experience

  • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams
