Job Description

The Sales Performance Sr. Analyst is responsible for planning and executing key commercial routines, conducting performance analyses, and identifying opportunities to improve results. The role requires strong ownership of commercial strategy deployment, process coordination, and communication plans. It also involves leading technical subjects such as Internal Controls, Risks, and SOX compliance.

Main Activities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organize and lead commercial planning routines, ad hoc meetings, and agendas for the Halal Markets.
  • Build and deploy commercial forecasts and targets for MENA commercial entities.
  • Deploy monthly mobile targets for the region using Anaplan and other planning tools.
  • Coordinate and calculate sales incentive schemes for the MENA commercial entities.
  • Perform analyses to identify, understand, and explain performance deviations.
  • Lead key initiatives and core processes independently.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations aligned with Performance Management standards.
  • Represent the BDM in meetings to ensure proper process execution and target achievement.
  • Promote and reinforce the PDCA culture across the organization.
  • Organize and deliver trainings on technical subjects (e.g., SAP, Excel).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field;
  • MBA is an advantage. 2+ years of regional experience in management or commercial planning or 5+ years of experience within FMCG.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, and SAP.
  • Familiarity with planning tools such as IBP and Anaplan is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical capabilities and strong verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset to develop effective action plans addressing performance deviations.
  • Mature, organized, and self‑driven, with the ability to propose improvements and ensure processes run on schedule.
  • Flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous learning, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Able to clearly communicate executive‑level messages across all organizational levels and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Curious and eager to understand all business drivers to support robust and meaningful analyses.
