What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Oversee all aspects of poultry production, including feeding, health management, vaccination, and biosecurity, ensuring compliance with standards and animal welfare
• Maintain transparent communication with growers, providing technical guidance to improve practices and build long-term partnerships
• Develop and execute production plans (slaughter and egg), monitor performance, and ensure targets and deadlines are met
• Lead and manage field teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, aligning efforts with operational goals
• Ensure quality, food safety, and environmental compliance throughout the production cycle, from egg to final processing
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities, optimize costs, and drive operational efficiency
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and sustainability

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science or Zootechnics
• Min. 5-7 years of work experience in poultry field operations
• Strong knowledge of Agricultural operations and related processes
• Expertise in process management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Solid understanding and application of problem-solving tools such as PDCA and Cause-and-Effect Diagram
• Based in Elazığ or willing to relocate
