What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Ensure high quality production efficiently, safely and sustainably, meeting targets of the poultry operation
• Supervise field broiler teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Maintain and improve relationships with growers
• Ensure our operations meet animal welfare and food safety standards
• Coordinate and keep records of all broiler activities
• Implement and monitor biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of disease among birds, including access control, disinfection of facilities and equipment, and vector control
• Ensure quality, food safety, and environmental compliance
• Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities, optimize costs, and drive operational efficiency
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and sustainability

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in broiler field operations
• Strong knowledge of agricultural operations in the poultry sector
• Expertise in process management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Solid understanding and application of problem-solving tools such as PDCA and Cause-and-Effect Diagram
• Based in Elazığ or willing to relocate
