What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Monitor key indicators related to product quality and process outcomes
• Collect and prepare data for daily reviews, supporting teams in evaluating performance against standards and guidelines
• Upload relevant data into performance systems to ensure accurate reporting
• Assist in documenting, analyzing, and resolving non‑conformities across processes and product specifications
• Contribute to initiatives focused on continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and cost‑optimization
• Conduct analyses for deviations in product composition, adherence to specifications, and compliance with standards
• Maintain and update documentation and action plans aligned with food safety, regulatory, and customer requirements
• Provide support to relevant teams during internal and external audits

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering (required)
• 0-1 year of experience in the food industry, ideally in an industrial plant
• English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of food safety and food technology standards
• Living in Elazığ or willing to relocate
