What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?
- Manage end-to-end customer complaints (local & export), including investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Act as the main contact for key and B2B customers, ensuring satisfaction and strong relationships
- Monitor and validate complaints globally (SLA, backlog, KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct audits across logistics and commercial areas (warehouses, branches) and support external audits (ISO, FSSC, Halal, etc.)
- Lead food safety and quality processes (HACCP, GMP, hygiene, traceability, microbiological controls)
- Prepare and analyze quality reports, follow KPIs, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics, operations) to meet customer needs
- Manage quality systems and documentation (e.g., M-Files, FSQM, Salesforce)
- Support trainings and ensure compliance with sustainability and ESG standards
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree (Food Engineering or related fields preferred), Master’s is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, food safety, or similar roles
- Advanced level of English
- Based in Elazig or open to relocation
- Familiar with quality systems and standards (ISO, FSSC, HACCP, etc.)
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Experience with audits, customer complaints, and cross-functional collaboration is a strong plus
