What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Ensure food safety, product quality, and full compliance with legal, customer, and certification requirements
• Manage final product controls, product release/hold decisions, non-conforming materials, returns, and blocking processes
• Handle local and export customer complaints end-to-end, including investigations, corrective actions, reporting, and customer responses
• Track Quality KPIs, targets, deviations, and lead corrective and preventive action plans
• Plan and lead all internal, external, customer, certification, and official audits (ISO, FSSC, Halal, GAP, customer and Ministry audits)
• Manage documentation, traceability, M-Files system, and support government audits
• Coordinate GMP, hygiene, food safety, HACCP, food defense, OHS, animal welfare, and quality trainings
• Oversee raw materials, microbiological results, Salmonella controls, slaughterhouse and rendering plant checks
• Manage QA budget, quality costs, audit expenses, CAPEX demands, Oracle processes, and contracts
• Lead, develop, and manage the Quality team in line with company culture
• Support sustainability, ESG, FSQM, TDT projects, and Quality Week activities

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, food engineering and postgraduate degree is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality / Food Safety roles
• Advanced level of English
• Active driving license and ability to actively drive
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, audits, and quality systems
• Experience with KPIs, corrective actions, documentation, and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in people management and cross-functional coordination
