Job Description
- Responsible for team performance providing guidelines, training, directions to the team under his supervision, developing and implementing KPIs for evaluating their performance.
- Lead periodic meetings with his team to track implementation, plans, execution & development of the business.
- Manage company's resources (people, budget, assets...) to ensure best productivity/efficiency.
- Responsible for Sales volume/value and price targets achievement in line with company's strategy to maximize profitability and growth.
- Responsible for his area and customers development by identifying opportunities, actions and ideas to drive their growth.
- Responsible for guaranteeing that all BDAs are aligned with company's strategy participating actively in key customer's negotiations and business reviews
- Manage key customer's relationship ensuring consistent superior service level
- Monitor market in order to get business insights (competition, trends, customers etc).
- Responsible to communicate Price Changes, both with clients and internally.
