Job Description
Role Summary:
Cover Food Service customer’s sales requests in a timely manner plus increasing customer universe through cold calling in order to achieve volume and revenue targets, while maintaining high customer service level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers as per the daily call route plan
- Attain 60% strike rates of daily calls
- Achieve daily volume targets
- Achieve daily revenue targets
- Avoid selling to overdue customers
- Upselling of product mix
- Achieve price target
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Computer/ MS office skills
- Both Malayalam and Arabic knowledge is a plus
Experience
2+ years of experience in Telesales
