What will you be doing at Banvit MBRF?

• Lead and manage the utilities team to ensure reliable, uninterrupted utility supply (water, energy, steam, cooling)
• Oversee operations of the wastewater treatment plant, rendering, boiler, and cold storage facilities
• Maintain the optimal performance, safety, and integrity of assets and facilities; monitor performance through KPIs
• Ensure effective availability and reliability of maintenance tools, equipment, instruments, and devices
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the use of energy resources across the facility
• Track daily energy consumption, analyze deviations, and take corrective actions
• Identify, plan, and implement energy efficiency projects, including CAPEX initiatives
• Ensure continuity and reliability of the facility’s electrical infrastructure and high‑voltage systems
• Establish energy-based monitoring and maintenance routines for critical equipment
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards by enforcing safe working practices, risk assessments, and timely reporting of incidents

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related area
• 3 years of maintenance & utilities experience, ideally in an industrial plant
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
• Understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
• Energy Manager certification (preferred)
• Intermediate English proficiency (preferred)
• Flexibility to work alternate hours and shifts (required)
• Living in İzmir or willing to relocate
